It is my passion to increase consciousness and to inspire. I aim to explore both the bigger picture and the essential details. I encourage translating discussions to one’s own area of responsibility and to fill them with life – all aligned with the current situation and one’s own personality.
Clarity and empathy are both the path and the goal for me. Participants appreciate that I also share my personal learning experiences where it makes sense to do so.
My workshops are characterised by intensive work in flexible formats aligned with the concept of Dynamic Learning. There is space for concrete practical cases, individual questions, controversial perspectives, open exchange and experimentation. I believe that learning takes place in moments when it becomes alive and real.
